The hotel is situated in an excellent location, right above Tang Plaza, in the heart of the bustling shopping district of Orchard Road. The rooms are compact but always clean and functional, equipped with modern amenities like USB charging ports. The service provided varied from unfriendly encounters during booking inquiries to exceptionally friendly and helpful interactions with the staff. The dining options offered a good variety to cater to different tastes, and overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Orchard Road with easy access to all commercial districts. The rooms are designed perfectly with ample workspace and a large bathroom, but they do feel a bit outdated. The service from the duty manager and staff is polite and attentive, though there are signs of exhaustion at times. The dining experience offers a wide variety of Asian, Indian, and Western dishes, while the facilities are convenient for a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a lovely outdoor jacuzzi and sitting area with direct pool access, which was a relaxing spot during my stay. However, the lack of privacy due to low-trimmed surrounding plants and visible cameras was a bit disappointing for a Marriott property.

The hotel's location along the main shopping belt offers fantastic access to all that Orchard Road has to offer, while the rooms are modern, very clean, and quite spacious. The service, after a minor hitch at arrival, was attentive and efficient, and the dining experience, especially the breakfast spread, was excellent. However, there were some disappointing interactions with the executive lounge staff. The facilities, including cabanas and a well-equipped gym, were impressive, adding to the overall value of the stay.
